The Naked Man

A naked man was found dead at the foot of a mountain with a match in his hand.

Solution: A hot air balloon with four passengers had drifted off course and was about to crash into a mountain. To gain height, the passengers threw all the ballast overboard, including their clothes. It wasn't enough: one of them had to jump. They drew matches to decide, and the dead man drew the shortest one.
How to play

Twisted Tales is a game of lateral thinking. Each card is a strange, usually macabre situation, and your group has to work out what really happened.

  1. Pick one player as the Game Master (the Narrator). Only the Game Master looks at the screen.
  2. The Game Master reads the prompt on the card out loud, then privately reads the solution using "Show solution".
  3. Everyone else asks questions to piece together the story.
  4. The Game Master may only answer "Yes", "No" or "Irrelevant" (when the question is a dead end).
  5. Keep asking and discussing theories until someone reconstructs the key events. Then the Game Master reads the full solution aloud.
  6. Use "Next" and "Back" to move between cards. You always start from the prompt.
